We hope you love your jewelry — but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.

Return Window:
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, ear piercings are final sale.

  • Sale or discounted items are also non-refundable.

How to Start a Return:
Email us at customerservice@mandarinajewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Exchanges:
Want to swap for a different piece? We’ll happily help if the item is in stock!

Lost or Damaged Items:
Please contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all — we’ll do our best to make it right.
